After a career as a professional rugby player in the UK, I moved to Dubai in 2013 and immediately became obsessed with the fast paced local real estate market!
From my first day in one of the largest brokerage firms where I had no phone data and was given a car and told to drive round various villa communities, getting lost multiple times and questioning what I had got myself in to, I have been lucky enough to navigate market highs and lows and become a multiple award winning broker.
Since 2013 I have worked in the residential secondary market/brokerage side as well as the development side with one of the UAE’s largest developers. I have also set up my own business renovating and flipping secondary market properties which has been as stressful as it has been exciting!
I’m fortunate enough to have built fantastic relationships with my clients over the years that are built on professionalism, integrity, trust and transparency at all times.
I don’t believe in over promising potential returns to clients and I take a transactional data driven approach to all advice and recommendations.
Timing the market is great but time in the market is even better!
